1. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the WebchatAI platform only for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
Any form of fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, abusive, or spam-related marketing activity is strictly prohibited. WebchatAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these obligations.
2. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames, passwords, API keys, and access tokens.
Any suspected or actual unauthorized access, misuse, or security breach must be reported to WebchatAI immediately. WebchatAI shall not be liable for losses resulting from compromised account credentials.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, usage charges, and taxes associated with their selected plan within the specified billing period.
Failure to complete payments on time may result in temporary suspension, restricted access, or termination of services. WebchatAI reserves the right to modify pricing or billing terms with prior notice.
4. Data Protection and Consent
Users are responsible for obtaining valid, lawful, and explicit consent from their end-users before sending WhatsApp messages, notifications, or campaigns through the platform.
Users must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including local and international regulations where applicable. WebchatAI acts solely as a technology service provider and is not responsible for user-generated content or consent violations.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must strictly adhere to all Meta and WhatsApp Business API policies, guidelines, and usage limitations.
Any violation that results in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination by Meta may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the user’s WebchatAI account. WebchatAI shall not be liable for any actions taken by Meta due to user non-compliance.
6. Platform Ownership and Rights
WebchatAI is a proprietary platform owned and operated by Blue Sky Technology. All intellectual property, software, branding, and content associated with the platform remain the exclusive property of Blue Sky Technology.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.

By accessing or using WebchatAI, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
